The Contribution You'll bring to this Role: The Design Engineer performs design functions to develop new or redesign existing company products, including custom designs for each product value stream. Under broad direction, this role works from requirements or instructions to design and develop complex new components or redesign existing components to improve company products including determining and establishing specifications through engineering calculations and layouts. This Engineer will also oversee the assembly and tests of engineering prototypes and own MUV (Material Usage Variance) projects assigned. In this role, you will report directly to the VP Product Design & Engineering, setting the stage for your career to soar!
