iParametrics LLC Facilities Solution Manager - Data Center in Wenatchee, Washington
JOB TITLE: Facilities Solution Manager - Data Center LOCATION: Wenatchee, WA iParametrics, on behalf of our client, seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to lead technical solutions and facility management processes for mission-critical environments, with a focus on data centers. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to support the successful implementation of facility management solutions. JOB DESCRIPTION As the Facility Solutions Manager, you will manage facility operations and provide technical leadership in support of facilities management processes. This role requires a robust understanding of facilities operations, project management, and expertise in managing systems in critical facility environments, including data centers, hospitals, and airports. RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with technical experts to develop facility management solutions, documentation, and system optimization.
Lead and coordinate a team in implementing processes based on expertise and collaboration with design/engineering firms.
Review and interpret complex plans and project specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Gather input from internal and external resources to enhance solution effectiveness.
Drive process improvements and utilize software tools to enhance quality, productivity, and accuracy.
Direct the workload of Solutions Associates and other project resources as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or MEP Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or operations with facility services contracts.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Cloud.
Strong knowledge of facilities operations and building systems, with experience in project management.
Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex issues to clients effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a mobile work environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION As a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. Compensation for this position is salary, 105,000-115,000, based on experience, background, and skills.
