ManpowerGroup HVAC Control Technician in Wendell, North Carolina

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with a team-oriented company in the facilities services/HVAC industry . Looking for multiple HVAC Control Technician s to work out of their Raleigh, NC office. This is a direct hire opportunity, paying between $25-40/HR based on experience, working full time, Mon-Fri & on-call rotation.

Job Title: HVAC Control Technicians

Location: Raleigh, NC 27606 (Local travel within Raleigh & surrounding areas)

Permanent/Direct Hire

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7am to 4pm + potential OT/On-Call Rotation

Hourly: $25-40/HR +Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and documenting all control points, ensuring hardware and software meet the sequence of operations and systems function properly

  • Distech and Siemens programming, commissioning and graphics

  • Perform all point-to-point checkout and calibration

  • Perform functional testing and verification of all system functions

  • Demonstration of system operations to the customer, design team, 3rd party, etc.

  • Perform quality control inspections of installations and programming

Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years of Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems

  • Understanding of Control Devices (inputs/outputs), calibration of control devices, low voltage wiring, electrical conduit installation practices, HVAC systems components and design

  • Working knowledge of mechanical equipment: terminal boxes, fan coil units, VAV, constant volume RTUs, AHUs, and basic 4 pipe systems

  • Valid NC Driver License & ability to pass a background check
