We are seeking qualified candidates for our Power Protection and Automation Engineering Development Program (PA EDP). This role is based in Raleigh, NC.

Through structured training and learning rotations, explore multiple roles and responsibilities, and discover your true passion.

Role Description:

· A structured 12-month learning and development program including a total of 4-months of instructor lead training divided into 3 parts, with two 4-month hands-on learning rotations in between.

· Learn through comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship.

· Design and implement innovative power protection and automation solutions.

· Test, commission and troubleshoot projects with the support of your mentor.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

· Electrical Engineering major graduating with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution between spring 2024 and spring 2025.

· Passionate about innovation and problem-solving.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

· Ability to start full-time employment beginning in June 2025.

· Willingness to travel up to 75% as required during learning rotations. The role will be based out of Raleigh but will include travel to customer sites to assist in commissioning activities.

· Applicants must be willing and able to relocate to Raleigh, NC. Assistance is provided to hires who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address.

· Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

· The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $83,000 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
