Wesley Chapel Toyota , part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a Dealership Accounting Coordinator (DAC) in their Accounting Department. The DAC will work with department leads to process and ensure dealership transactions are completed in a timely manner and compliant.
Who Are we Looking For?
This is a mid-level position that requires knowledge of automotive accounting. Applicants must have experience handling the following:
Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness utilizing the Deal Checklist
Assist in reconciliation of cash sales accounting schedule
Review and verify documents for New & Used retail car deals
Track Key Performance Indicators : VBI Programs, Rebate and Incentive Trends, Service Loaners, Operational Controls
DMV Functions: New and Used Car title and licensing, operational controls
AP/AR
Qualifications:
Must have automotive dealership accounting experience.
Retail sales and/or customer service experience.
A critical thinker and effective time manager.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
