MANITOU EQUIPMENT AMERICA LLC IT Systems Technician II in WEST BEND, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Accountable for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and seamless user experience. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our organization\'s technology needs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: System monitoring and maintenance Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations. Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors for further investigation and resolution. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical support and guidance. Communicate effectively with end-users to provide assistance, gather requirements, and deliver solutions. Participate in project teams to implement new technologies, upgrades, and enhancements. Help Desk level 2 support. Other related duties and projects as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) as an IT Systems Technician or similar role in a corporate environment. Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, and storage. Experience with system monitoring tools such as PRTG and job scheduling tools such as OPCON. EXPERTISE: Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
