This position you will be responsible for chart preps for upcoming appointments assuring all information is in chart for and ready for review by Physician.  You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation paper chart and EMR, and coordinating high quality compassionate care to all patients.  You will act as the liaison between patient, Physicians and all other involved with the patients care.
