Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a DevOps Engineer based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing computer services and support, focusing on the management, strategy, and execution of technology within our organization. The successful candidate will be involved in the daily support, configuration, and maintenance of various systems and technologies, ensuring their smooth operation and security.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the strategy for technology within the respective departments.

• Provide daily support, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory, Azure & Office 365.

• Handle the execution of new design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our systems and related technology, including storage, virtualization environments, cloud, and server platforms.

• Ensure all computer systems are updated in accordance with our policies.

• Facilitate the smooth deployment of new applications and plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.

• Stay updated on security risks and ensure corporate security by identifying and eliminating vulnerabilities with strategic solutions.

• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and performance.

• Resolve reported issues quickly and efficiently.

• Use your knowledge in Amazon EC2, Ansible, Apache ANT+, Apex Coding, Atlassian Jira, Automation, AWS Technologies, Configuration Management, and Continuous Integration (CI) to create dashboards and improve system functionality. Requirements • Proficiency in Amazon EC2, Ansible, Apache ANT+, Apex Coding, Atlassian Jira, Automation, AWS Technologies is required for this role.

• Demonstrable experience in Configuration Management and Continuous Integration (CI) is essential.

• Prior experience in creating dashboards and data visualization is necessary.

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to design, code, test, and debug software systems under supervision.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
