Robert Half is seeking a Director of Operational Analytics to join our client's team in the Greater Philadelphia area. As the Director of Operational Analytics, your role will entail analyzing and enhancing business processes, systems, and operations. Collaborating with stakeholders, your duties will include understanding and documenting needs, identifying business requirements, and recommending solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness. With a focus on project management, data analysis, and communication, you'll be instrumental in achieving business goals.

• Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for enhancements and increased operational efficiency.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making.

• Support project planning and execution by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss requirements, solutions, and project status.

• Assist in designing and developing solutions that address business needs and requirements.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

• Prepare detailed reports on project status, business performance, and improvement initiatives.

• Support the implementation of new systems or processes, including testing and training.

  Requirements

The ideal Director of Operational Analytics will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Statistics or similar. CFA preferred.

Other requirements for the Director of Operational Analytics role include and are not limited to:

• 5+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
