PrimePay, LLC Director of Product Operations in West Chester, Pennsylvania

This position works directly with the software development team coordinating software deliveries across multiple products.  This position utilizes leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure software release milestones and deadlines are met. This position manages the end-to-end product operations process from the product ideation stage through product launch and post-launch support stage. Some key job duties include:

  1. Coordinating software release delivery using Agile development methodologies;
  2. Communicating schedules and calendars for release deliveries;
  3. Facilitating release planning based on product needs and priorities;
  4. Publishing and communicating release objectives, status, changes, issues and risks;
  5. Ensuring ongoing alignment to the strategic portfolio;
  6. Coordinating and facilitating effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in product development and leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  7. Monitoring and tracking project progress, proactively identifying, and resolving potential issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner, leveraging Power BI for data visualization and
  8. analysis;
  9. Performing data analysis using data analysis skills, including identifying KPIs in the development and product management processes, product performance, customer feedback, andmarket trends using Power BI and related tools, to measure against key performance indicators (KPIs), derive insights and make data-driven recommendations;
  10. Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate product operations status, metrics, and improvements to stakeholders stay updated on industry trends, best
  11. practices, and emerging technologies related to Product operations utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, or a similar tool; and
  12. Supporting and training internal teams on product-related processes, tools, and updates, including providing guidance on tools like Figma for collaborative product design and prototyping.

Telecommuting from anywhere in the United States permitted up to 100% of the time.. Domestic travel required  2-3% of time for internal meetings.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics or electrical engineering, or a closely related field PLUS five years of experience in release management and related development and product related roles (any job title).

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

During 3 years of the qualifying experience, the candidate must have utilized:

  • Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tool; and
  • Agile development methodologies.
