We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented IT professional to join our corporate IT group as an IT Quality Assurance/ Systems Analyst. This role is responsible for performing systems analysis and quality assurance activities, supporting projects that vary in size and complexity from small-scale to enterprise-wide initiatives for core applications and systems, providing end-user support, and supporting business reporting. Location: West Chester, PA (or surrounding area) Responsibilities: Analyze and document system requirements, workflows, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track defects and issues. Perform regression testing and ensure software quality before releases. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation as needed. Provide query results and data extracts as needed. Provide Tier 2 support for internal applications and reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Participates in computer application and tool evaluations. These job requirements are not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in software engineering, computer science, or business administration. Plus a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in System Analyst, Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related field, including some experience in a lead role. ISTQB Certifications a plus. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and the application validation process. Experience with business and technical requirements gathering and analysis, including process improvement opportunities. Experience with troubleshooting principles and issue-resolution techniques, including recommendations to prevent future recurrence. Able to investigate bugs and report issues to development team in Azure DevOps, or equivalent methods. Solid experience understanding and creating SQL Queries (SQL Server, Oracle). Experience with SSRS and familiarity with PowerBI or equivalent tools. Proficiency in M365 productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot), with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices. Able to build prototypes and lightweight solutions with Microsoft Power Platform tools. Excellent meeting, organizational, and time management skills. Able to assess, estimate, and prioritize activities. Able to lead discrete tasks and overall project assignments to completion. Able to summarize and communicate status and progress on tasks and projects. Able to interact with end-users to assist in troubleshooting. Able to communicate (verbal and written) issues and status accurately and effectively to stakeholders. Able to create and maintain documentation for application team needs, and end user support. Ability to work independently to carry out tasks to completion. Ability to collaboratively work with in-person and virtual team members.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Salary Range: $51,700 - $68,900 - $86,000
