The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated bioanalytical scientist with a strong background in immunoassays to support PK/PD bioanalytical method development, validation and sample analysis for pre-clinical and clinical studies. You will be a member of Specialty Bioanalytics, which plays a critical role in development of biological therapeutics from late stage of research, IND enabling GLP studies, clinical trials through BLA submission and post marketing support.

How you’ll spend your day

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design and develop novel ligand binding assays for evaluation of PK for biologics and incorporate improvements into existing processes

• Independently perform PK assay development, trouble shooting, and providing solutions. Lead method validation and sample bioanalysis for preclinical and clinical studies.

• Provide clear and concise written and oral presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including reports supporting regulatory submissions

• Provide training to junior laboratory staff

• Minimum expectations of 4- day work on site at West Chester, PA

Your experience and qualifications

• BS with minimum of 10 years, or MS with minimum of 5 years, or PhD with minimum of 1 year of experiences in designing, developing, and validating bioanalytical assays in CRO or Pharmaceutical industry setting.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on in LBA such as ELISA, MSD and the application to drug concentration measurement as evidenced by laboratory skills and/or a track record of publication within industry journals.

• Familiarity with various LBA assay platforms is a plus.

• Preferred to have working experience in a GLP labs and familiarity with use of LIMS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
