Job Description

Join our dynamic production team as an Experienced Process Operator at our state-of-the-art facility! In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to work as a Machine Operator, Pre-Weigher, or Material Handler Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment, preparing and packaging ingredients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. You will assist in various production areas to deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely, meeting the rigorous standards of our customers.

Although parts of the building can be dusty, overall maintenance ensures a very clean work area. We are committed to sustainability, with 70% of our research focused on developing eco-friendly products. We offer competitive pay rates with shift differentials, and you should be prepared for a 50-60 hour work week across various available shifts.
