Battery Swap Technicians -

• Project is a Battery Swap project. They are going in and replacing approximately 8,000 UPS Batteries for initial phase. This phase will take about 6 weeks to complete. There are 2 additional phases right after this that will keep these resources busy through January. These are about 110lb-120lb apiece. With that being the case there is a lot of labor intensive work that needs to be done which is where our guys come in. He wants candidates who wants an opportunity to work in the DC Power Plant world of Data Centers. He’s great with candidates who don’t have any experience doing this work as they will be doing on the job training as well as formal initial training that will be done Online.

• Microsoft so all work will be done at Microsoft Datacenter in Des Moines

• Work Hours will be 8AM-5PM but there could be 1-2 hours of OT a day.

• Duration of assignment is 5 months plus

• Candidates must each have their own transportation.

• They will do the Initial Online training at this time.

• Tools – Basic Hand Tools and steel toe boots
