Description:

TEKsystems is partnering with a local DSM financial company whom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Senior Full Stack Web/Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of Salesforce administration and development expertise, full stack web development capabilities, and a solid background in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and API integration. Experience with Azure DevOps and a strong understanding of agile methodologies are essential. This role requires strong technical leadership qualities and a good understanding of the wealth management industry, particularly in the Registered Investment Advisor space. This is a very small team and it is important to add someone that has experience with their full technical scope in order to mentor the other Developers they will be working with.

• Salesforce Administration and Development:

o Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, security, customization, and data integrity.

o Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code.

o Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

o Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns

o Experience with SOQL

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in Salesforce.

o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

o Salesforce Admin Certified

• Full Stack Web Development:

o Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and other relevant technologies.

o Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.

o Manage containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.

o Design, develop, and maintain APIs to facilitate data exchange between various systems.

o Ensure secure and efficient API communication and integration with internal and external systems.

o Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Azure DevOps:

o Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and version control.

o Implement best practices for DevOps, including automation, and monitoring.

• Technical Leadership:

o Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions to ensure high-quality code and best practices.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities.

o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Agile Environment:

o Work within an agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

o Prioritize and manage workload effectively to deliver high-quality solutions within sprint timelines.

o Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the development team.
