Job Summary: Griswold Home Care in West Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / CNA to join our team. As a part-time hourly employee, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized and quality care. Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $22.5 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we provide a supportive work environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Responsibilities: - Provide direct care to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans and instructions provided by the client or their family. - Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. - Assist with ambulation and transfers. - Maintain a safe and sanitary living environment for clients. - Report any changes in client's condition or safety concerns to the appropriate individuals. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. - Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus! - Minimum of six months experience in a healthcare setting. - Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. - Ability to pass a criminal background check. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate, patient, and dependable. - Able to work independently and follow directions.
