Job Title: Millwright

Job Description

Millwrights will be responsible for helping out in the construction field by installing multiple materials. These materials can include duct work, large walk-in freezers, grease hoods, cabinets, countertops, lighting, wall panels, and more. We are looking for candidates with a good mechanical aptitude who can utilize different types of power tools, basic tools, and understand how to read a tape measure up to 16ths of an inch. Candidates should have 2 years of new construction experience in any field and will be working closely with a crew of 5 other individuals in a new construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Install duct work, large walk-in freezers, grease hoods, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and wall panels.

• Utilize different types of power tools and basic tools effectively.

• Read and interpret tape measures up to 16ths of an inch.

• Work closely with a crew of 5 other individuals in a new construction setting.

• Travel to and from projects, including overnight travel.

Essential Skills

• Willingness to perform all aspects of construction, especially duct work.

• At least 2 years of experience in the construction field.

• Ability to travel to and from projects, including overnight travel.

• Possession of own power tools and basic tools.

• Proficiency in reading a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with general labor, construction, HVAC, installation, duct work, and industrial installation.

• Blueprint reading skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
