Sodexo is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian 2 to work 24 hours (flex schedule) for Jenner's Pond Retirement Community, an upscale CCRC located in West Grove , part of beautiful Chester County, PA . This beautiful campus offers a continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care. This candidate will provide clinical care to skilled nursing residents, while supporting our residents in Assisted and Independent Living upon consult.

The successful candidate will:

• provide nutritional care to the skilled nursing residents and to residents of Independent Living;

• meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;

• be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;

• represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/or

• support the food service operation as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire

Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
