Position Summary The Administrative Assistant at Core Ventures LLC will work closely with the company CEO and other executive management to ensure the organization runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, versatile, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the gatekeeper of the CEO’s time. * Task Management: Handle tasks with ease. If something needs the CEO’s attention, you’ll schedule it. Your mission: keep things moving smoothly. * Project Leadership: Lead project tracking and ensure milestones are hit. You’ll run the show in meetings, serving as the CEO’s eyes and ears. * Audits: Oversee key areas like new hires, performance tracking, and project milestones. * Communication Pro: Manage inboxes and ensure timely, effective communication across the board. You'll make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Skills and Qualifications * Extensive Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite: Proficiency in these tools is essential for managing documents, scheduling, and communication. * Project Management: Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping all tasks and milestones on course. * Schedule Management: Expertise in maintaining an organized and efficient calendar that balances meetings, strategy time, and task management.
