What You-ll Do

Inspire every customer to experience all Dermalogica concepts, with a focus on ensuring smooth and efficient operations, while prioritizing guest satisfaction above all else. Working as an integral part of the team and building lasting customer relationships to achieve overall store goals and objectives. A high level hospitality professional looking to provide the ultimate guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and inspire Dermalogica customers to learn more about their personal skincare needs and build a trusting relationship with each client

  • Achieve monthly, and yearly Retail productivity expectations

  • Ensure accuracy of recording customer information and data for marketing purposes

  • Participate in all marketing promotions to ensure sales target achievements

  • Ensure company policies and code of conduct, which are outlined in the employee handbook and store manual, are followed

  • Abide by opening/ closing duties to ensure security and safety of the store

  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional work space by participating in weekly and daily housekeeping duties and retail floor is clean and stocked properly

  • Setting and maintaining high standards for customer service while resolving customer inquiries and complaints

  • Monitoring customer service metrics and using data to drive improvements

  • Support in creation of promotional and social materials

What You'll Bring

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years - experience in a hospitality role

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • 1+ years- experience in a salon/spa environment preferred

  • Passion for curating an exceptional guest experience

  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to connect with guests on a personal level, build rapport, and handle both positive and negative consumer feedback

  • Strong people skills

  • A keen eye for detail to ensure a polished guest experience and identify areas ofimprovement

  • Able to work Friday-Sunday 9:30am-6pm

The expected base hourly rate for this position is $22.00-$24.00 . The exact base hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
