South Bay Cardiovascular Associates is currently looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our nationally ranked team of cardiac care professionals. Job Details Responsibilities The Advanced Practice Provider will assist collaborating physicians in providing assessments, diagnosis, care and treatment of patients in an outpatient cardiology practice setting Appropriate ordering of tests and medications Receiving, interpreting, and communicating internal and external testing results Coordinating admissions and/or transfers to other facilities Consult and coordinate with multidisciplinary team in formulating an appropriate patient plan of care Requirements Cardiology and electrophysiology experience Must be able to work Saturday rotations as needed Proficiency in 12 Lead EKG testing Nuclear Stress Testing &/or Stress Testing experience Bachelor of Science, Masters preferred in an AMA approved PA or NP program NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License PA or NP Board Certification BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association Salary Range USD $66.55 - USD $90.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
