Job Summary

Dispatcher – Supports department managers to provide operations supervision of ABM associates.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THAT WILL RUN FROM MAY 2024 to SEPTEMBER 2024

Pay: $20 an hour, increase considered after 90 day probationary period ends.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 3pm to midnight

Essential Functions

· Prioritizing and assigning work orders

· Issuing keys, equipment, and materials to ABM associates, contractors, and vendors.

Schedules work to be complete with residents

Relays information to workers and keeps careful records of services and transactions.

Requirements

Minimum of GED or High School diploma

Strong proficiency with computers: knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must

· Excellent oral and written communications skills

· Knowledge of maintenance issues and the methods of resolution. Experience as a maintenance technician is a plus.

· Organizational and clerical skills.

· Excellent customer services skills
