Our client, an international manufacturer is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service department and the ideal candidate will be detail orientated, customer focused and interested in learning new technology. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits!
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Melbourne, FL
Pay: 16.00 / Hour
What’s the Job?
Verify the problem status of products and deliver to appropriate technicians for repair
File customer service orders and other forms for department
Receive incoming calls from loop/switchboard for techs and transfer to the appropriate tech for service
Handle customer service job/order status calls
Data Entry

- Excellent phone etiquette - answer calls, take messages, route callsManage multi-tasking, set prioritiesExceptional verbal and written English communication skillsGood analytical skillsVery detail-oriented, accurate and organized
