My client, which is a high reputable global law firm here in West Palm Beach, is looking for an Accounting Specialist Trust employee to join their team full time. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the West Palm Beach Trust Department with a variety of Trust and Accounting issues. They also will be helping trust transactions for other offices - being the only person in the account staff department for this office, it is important that they work effectively and efficiently. The daily expectations will be to AR, AP, reviewing, verifying and recording daily trust transitions, preparing daily bank account reconciliations, as well as many other general accounting duties.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience (AR/AP/Reconciliations)

• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Knowledgeable with the processing of trust transactions: specifically Real Estate transactions under Florida Bar Rules

• Law firm experience

• Professional services experience

• iManage

• Legal Billing software experience: Aderant or Alite null
