Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in West Palm Beach, Florida

Description

We are in search of a seasoned Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be managing various HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding experience for new hires

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, maintaining a positive work environment

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, to maintain accurate employee records and generate insightful reports

• Implement and manage benefit functions, providing comprehensive benefits to all employees

• Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to all employees, fostering transparency and trust

• Utilize Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud and PeopleSoft Human Capital for effective HR management

• Regularly review and update HR policies in line with changes in the industry or employment law

• Leverage skills in Paycom for efficient payroll management and processing.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong knowledge of compliance and employee relations

• Experience with hiring processes and HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Proficiency in Human Capital Management and Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Experience with Human Resources Management System and human resources software

• Proven track record in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment

• Solid understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management software

• Comfortable making decisions independently

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field

• Master's in Human Resources or relevant certification is a plus.
