Job Description

This candidate will be working as a junior staff accountant supporting a large regional utilities/construction company that is based near Huntsville, AL. They will be responsible for one of their sub companies that sits in West Palm Beach, FL. The junior staffaccountant will be training under their senioraccountants and will be handling reporting, financial statements, balance sheet recons, P&L statements, etc. The pay range is between $30-$38hr depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a staff accountant, accounting assistant, or similar role

Great attitude and work ethic

Experience with balance sheet reconciliations

Experience reviewing P&L (profit/loss) statements

Understanding of AP/AR

Excel null
