Job Title: Construction Quality Control ManagerJob Description

Offering best-in-class design and construction services nationwide with a focus on federal government projects. The Construction Quality Control Manager serves as the main contact between the engineers and the contractor and will report directly to the Owner. The position requires managing and coordinating prep meetings, initial phase meetings, meeting minutes, inspections, proper documentation, testing, and review of submittals. The manager ensures that the contract is met and built according to contract documents and coordinates with testing firms to ensure compliance. This role is essential in maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Hard Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with USACE experience

• Working knowledge of RMS and other standard construction software

• Contact procedures, submittals, reviewing for accuracy, approval from designer and government, redlines, as builts, progress meetings with Architects/Engineers and document tracking

Soft Skills

• Effective communication skills

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Attention to detail

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in West Point, New York.

Work Environment

Field office on site with a fully equipped trailer. This project will be completed in 7-8 months, then will roll right into other projects. Long-term contracts with IDIQ MATOC.
