Position: Director, Retention and Employee Experience

As the Director of Retention and Employee Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining our company culture and employee engagement. This position requires an experienced leader with a strategic mindset, creativity, and strong leadership skills. You will oversee the development, implementation, and management of initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention, promoting a positive work environment, and supporting employee well-being and professional growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively implement and execute these initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to reinforce the company's core values and culture, ensuring integration into employee onboarding, ongoing development, and leadership training programs.

  • Hold leaders accountable for implementing and maintaining these strategies across all levels of the organization.

  • Manage Employee Experience technology platforms for employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and more. Ensure these platforms are seamlessly integrated and user-friendly across the organization.

  • Design and conduct detailed employee engagement surveys. Analyze and communicate findings to provide insights into employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Identify trends and develop specific action plans to enhance employee morale and retention.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure action plans are implemented and tracked for effectiveness on both local and organizational levels.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive wellness initiatives addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Offer resources and programs tailored to various aspects of employee health.

  • Champion and foster diversity and inclusion within the workplace by creating and maintaining programs and partnerships that promote an inclusive environment celebrating diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Manage the company’s external reputation and employer branding on various platforms to ensure a positive perception among potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful retention programs.

  • Demonstrated experience in holding leaders accountable for implementing cultural and engagement strategies.

  • Strong technical skills with experience managing digital platforms and employee engagement tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
