SPHERION Senior Escalations Representative Banking Customer Service in WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah

Join our client's team as a Senior Escalations Representative and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between their company and esteemed clients. You'll take the lead in addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Provide expert support to clients, handling inquiries and complaints related to financial products and services. Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Manage daily schedules and provide guidance to the team to maintain efficiency and quality. Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and enhance customer experience. Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls and written correspondence, maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills: Confidence in reaching out to customers through inbound and outbound calls.Proven track record of following policies and procedures accurately. Ability to manage a pipeline of complaints while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education: No Degree Required

Experience: 4 years of call center / customer service

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the financial services sector. Strong analytical skills for researching and documenting complaints. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for de-escalating situations over the phone. Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Comfortable with a hybrid work model, alternating between office and remote work after training.
