We have a client hiring Client Services Representatives who are eager to join a leader in the financial services industry.

Locations: Lake Mary, FL and Westborough, MA (Hybrid Work Environment 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Position Type: Contract to Hire

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone interactions.

• Resolve inquiries and efficiently process account transactions.

• Investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements.

• Coordinate customer inquiries with other departments for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business or communications) or significant call center customer service experience.

-Need great tenure, 2 years + at previous employers

• Strong communication skills and professionalism.

• An interest in finance is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Experience in customer service and call centers.

• Proficiency in data entry and MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
