Amazon Sr. Product Manager-Tech, Amazon Mechatronics Sustainble Packaging (MSP), Business Applications & Technology in Westborough, Massachusetts

The Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Business Applications & Technology team is seeking a Senior Product Manager. The role requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to move quickly and be flexible while delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new product(s) vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Work with engineering, finance, and business teams to identify opportunities for new products/services that enable product development scalability.

  • Authors Working Backwards documents [PRFAQ].

  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impact the product roadmap.

  • Define business requirements. Translate requirements into features and user stories.

  • Own project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Manages product implementation(s) budget, scope, and timeline.

  • Define KPIs to measure product success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

  • 5+ years experience with enterprise business application development Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software [Siemens Teamcenter]

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Master's degree

  • Experience working with technical teams to configure and deploy technology that supports product design and development [Enterprise Resource Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Application Lifecycle Management]
