Retail Sales Associate / Member Sales Ambassador Responsible for Executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling My BJs Perks. Also responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer services inquiries. Provides excellent and efficient member service.
