Job Description About the Role Maintain inventory of raw/packaging materials and finished goods for blow mold production. Requires a general understanding of the overall Blow mold processes and the ability to understand and follow basic good manufacturing practices and guidelines. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Abides by all Amcor Safety and Quality policies and procedures. Ability to learn and navigate relevant computer applications including but not limited to SAP, MII, and Excel as well as the ability to understand multiple linked computer programs and how transactions affect each system. Coworkers must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Follow all established safety rules and guidelines as outlined in the Amcor "No Injuries Safety Contract" and as trained. Understand and communicate all hazards and safety issues to coworkers, supervisors, and management. Properly use all required personal protective equipment. Must have valid forklift and power hand jack license. Enters receipt of raw materials and packaging supplies in the plant via SAP, properly documents and stores materials for use, and maintains raw material storage area in an orderly fashion. Serve as backup when help is needed in grinding room including documentation and tracking of internal scrap, generation of clean usable regrind, consumption of said regrind, generation of contaminated and colored regrind, and scrap sales of all types. As required by Amcor standards, cycle count all inventory in the warehouse(s) including raw materials (weighing additives, gathering data from silo bindicators, estimating fullness of machine additive/dryer hoppers, etc.), finished materials, and packaging supplies. Verify quantities by location for all finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials. Audit electronic transactions in inventory control locator system. Maintain accurate inventory documentation (written and/or electronically recorded). Reconcile and identify source(s) of discrepancies found in inventory and report them to the Materials Manager. Reconcile material usage variances and consumption transactions. Assure inventory reporting compliance for SOX requirements. Change status of products as necessary. Identify and communicate all potential problems areas (e.g., labeling, packaging, storage, and discrepancies) to the Materials Manager. Must be committed to providing our customers a product that is safe and meets specifications, regulations and statutory requirements. R
