JOB SUMMARY:

The position focus will be on the development of the Westerville Rental Store. The qualified candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, including rental and sales, product support, expense control, budgeting, business planning, and forecasting. The position is also responsible for developing operating and safety standards for the branch, monitoring accounts receivable and equipment utilization, as well as supervising all Westerville rental staff.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
• Three years of Rental Branch Management or business management experience is required.
• In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, as well as the rental industry is required.
