Responsibilities:

• Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Oversee and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage tasks and maintain records

• Employ strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members

• Organize files and documents meticulously to ensure easy retrieval and reference

• Schedule appointments accurately, avoiding conflicts and ensuring optimal time management. Requirements • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
