Job Description

Day-To-Day: Insight Global is looking for Sr Mechanical Engineers for one of our clients in Westlake, OH. The Senior / Project Engineer serves as a technical specialist; and may also have management and marketing responsibilities. This advanced engineer will be, responsible for technical development in a specific engineering discipline. They may serve as Project Manager/ Lead Engineer on single-discipline and multi-discipline projects. Along with these duties, this person will need to be able to interface with clients and vendors as well as be able to train junior level members. Day to day duties may include, assisting with proposal development and project documentation including estimating engineering manhours/construction costs estimates for scope of work.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* Bachelor of Science in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical Engineering or IT.

* Ohio PE, PS, AIA License preferred. May be working towards certification.

* 10+ years of previous design or related experience.

* Fully proficient in the use of computer for design and understand CAD operations.

* Must have knowledge of applicable codes.

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other agencies, and the client Preferred Qualifications:

CAESAR knowledge (pipe stress analysis)
