How You’ll Make an Impact

As an Account Management Specialist on the digital media team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your team members through programmatic campaign execution and owning project management and coordination across various internal Epsilon cross-functional teams. You will help enable the successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns which will directly lead to client satisfaction and ultimately client retention. In this role, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of personalized digital media programs aimed at maintaining and optimizing client goals and KPIs in an ROI-driven environment.

You are a dynamic, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. With a proven track record of successful project management skills, you can drive projects, and digital media launches forward while meeting objectives and deadlines all while ensuring the accuracy of every output. You have strong communication skills which enable you to work effectively with various internal cross-teams. Over time, you will be able to own some aspects of direct client communication within the digital media activation process.

What You’ll Achieve

  • You will become an expert on Epsilon’s digital media products, launch processes, and proprietary tools, enabling you to support successful campaign activation for clients and ensure flawless digital media execution. This will ultimately ensure clients meet their goals and objectives for their digital marketing efforts.

  • You will build and foster strong positive relationships with various internal cross teams as well as assist in direct client communication where needed. You will also assist in determining ways to optimize current processes, help drive operational efficiency and ensure we are meeting internal launch quality KPIs.

  • Campaign Launch Execution, Process & Project Management:

  • Demonstrate expertise in all Account Management tools and processes to support the team effectively.

  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Facilitate daily coordination across internal teams to ensure program deliverables are on track.

  • Assist with campaign launches, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct Quality Assurance checks on campaign launches to ensure accuracy and performance.

  • Campaign Delivery & Performance:

  • Monitor ongoing campaign activity to identify optimization opportunities or potential risks.

  • Track and evaluate program performance to proactively address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Manage and prepare performance/KPI reporting for internal and client use.

  • Client Promotions:

  • Oversee and maintain client promotions, ensuring alignment with the client marketing calendar.

  • Build and execute all client promotions promptly and with attention to detail.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support client success.

  • Why you might stand out from other talent:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, project management, or digital media industry (preferred).

  • Excellent client service acumen with strong presentation and writing skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.

  • Ability to learn quickly and think strategically to provide solutions.

Pay Range: $49,000 - $82,500

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.​
