Bright Horizons Associate Technical Consultant (Tier 1)-Remote in Westminster, Colorado
As the Associate Technical Consultant , you will serve as the trusted advisor for our day-to-day management of eligibility files for our clients and as a technical expert for the Eligibility Implementations team that will work with other team members and collaborate across the Professional Services departments
to deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes for our clients.

What you will be doing:
This is a remote role
Consults with the team on recommended practices and policies for how to best implement eligibility files.
Provides technical expertise to assist with testing and rollout support of eligibility solutions for client implementations.
Works closely with Application Consultants to troubleshoot and resolve eligibility file-related issues.
Understands and tracks individual performance metrics to stay on target for eligibility file service level agreements.
Adheres to the delivery of best practices and standards to support successful outcomes.
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.
External/internal implementation project background preferred
A minimum of 1-3 years related work experience
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to analyze problems, document needs and communicate these needs to a variety of audiences.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a virtual collaborative environment.
The individual must have a strong customer service philosophy and skills; thrive in a team environment as well as in an individual setting; demonstrate impeccable organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills; have a willingness to take on new projects; results-driven; comfortable setting aggressive goals and exceeding them.
Compensation Range:
The annual salary range for this role is: $40,000-$50,000
Compensation Range: $40,000-$50,000 per year
