Maxar is currently seeking a Personnel Security Manager to join our team in Westminster, CO. This role will manage the Personnel Security Program Office in support of collateral and SCI US Government contracts in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

Responsibilities: Provide development and oversight of all aspects of Personnel Security for collateral and SCI programs. Interpret and implement government security requirements in support of classified and commercial contracts. Engage with DoD and IC government counterparts to ensure compliance with government policy and expectations. Manage Maxar's overall Personnel Security posture to ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations. Contribute to developing improved processes and protocol and implementing new ideas within Maxar's Personnel Security Program Office. Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of personnel security professionals. Initiate Request for Access (RFA) in support of personnel security clearance processing for multiple DoD and IC agencies. Prepare and submit investigative packages (Bio Packs). Maintain Maxar's Security Information Management System (SIMS). Maintain all organizational records/files pertaining to personnel with security clearances and/or accesses. Provide basic functions in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), National Background Investigation Services (NBIS), Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT), Scattered Castles, and TALON/SCT. Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities. Coordinate additional security requirements such as polygraphs and special access indoctrinations/debriefings. Assist with foreign travel, foreign contact and adverse information reporting. Conduct pre-travel and post-travel security briefings. Assist with government security inspections. Perform proofreading duties to include detecting omissions and errors in information submitted for processing and follow up with customer to obtain missing information. Collect and submit information to facilitate the continuous evaluation program. Onboard new employees and ensure security documentation is complete. Process incoming and outgoing classified visit requests. Conduct Personnel Security Management (PSM) duties in accordance with the NRO Security and Counterintelligence Manual (NSCM) and other government policy.

Minimum Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen with active TOP SECRET clearance. Must be willing and able to obtain SCI accesses with a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph. Demonstrated knowledge of national security policies, to include (but not limited to): ICDs, NISPOM, Executive Orders, customer specific directives and instructions, Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), etc. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or six (6) years experience with a Master's degree. Four additional years of work experience may be substituted for a degree.

Preferred Requirements: Current/active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access with an adjudicated Counterintelligence polygraph. Experience as an appointed Personnel Security Manager (PSM). Experience processing clearances/access for the NRO, NGA and DoD. Completion of NRO's Personnel Security Management Course.

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:$108,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
