Aerotek Solderer/ Electronic Assembler in Westminster, Colorado

Job Title: Experienced Solderers

Location: Westminster, CO

Compensation: $20 - 24/hr DOE

Shifts:

  • 1st Shift, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

  • 2nd shift: 2PM - 10:30PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced solderers to join our dynamic team in Westminster. This role involves:

  • Inspecting electronic assemblies, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole components.

  • Collaborating in a manufacturing environment utilizing team-building, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.

  • Meeting production requirements through effective team scheduling and quality meetings.

  • Solving problems within a team setting using SPC and TQC principles.

  • Reading and inspecting from procedures and prints.

  • Using microscopes and magnifying glasses for fine pitch SMT and through-hole component inspection.

  • Following procedures and processes accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to read and build from procedures and prints.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in soldering and familiarity with associated tools.

  • IPC-A-610 training or certification is a plus, but not required

  • Strong communication skills in both written and oral English.

  • Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word).

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing.
