Estimator/Inside SalesResponsibilities

• Review of construction documents (blueprints and specifications), Gathers Information about Bidders lists and Schedules.

• Understand scope of work to bid, prepare RFI’s for additional information required including tracking for addenda and updates, to ensure accurate estimating of reinforcing steel, welded wire mesh and accessories.

• Prepares required bid forms/documents.

• Ensures timely completion of estimates, coordinates the final scope of work, contract and fabrication schedule requirements with clients.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Two year technical or vocational degree in drafting or construction-related field

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Proficiency in estimation software preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Work Environment

A team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect. Work is conducted onsite Monday through Friday, first shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00
