 Lead and Shape: As a Senior Software Architect/Engineer, you will take a leading role in defining and shaping the product's overall architecture and development. Your contributions will directly impact the success of this project, making it an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in leadership roles.

 Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather and define software requirements. You will have a significant influence on the project's direction and its alignment with stakeholder expectations. Your ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams is crucial.

Day to Day:

 Lead the design and development of the Java-based TAKX platform.

 Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define software requirements.

 Collaborate with development teams, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance.

 Ensure the architecture meets high-security standards.

 Continuously improve and maintain the platform's architecture.

 Stay up to date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the project. Identifying areas for enhancement and optimization is crucial to keep the project up to date with evolving technology and industry best practices.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

 7+ Years of Full Stack Java Development.

 Proven experience in leading teams and working with stakeholders to define requirements.

 5+ Years of Software Architecture experience.

 Bachelor's Degree.

 Security+ Certification

Pluses:

 ATAK and/or TAKX experience null
