We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team based in Wheeling, Illinois. The role involves collaborating with the Operations team to drive business results, assist in financial forecasting and budgeting, along with performing business analysis. This role is critical to our finance team, requiring effective cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with site Operations team to drive business results

• Assist in site financial forecasting and budgeting

• Perform business analysis for the Operations team

• Publish management reports to communicate financial results

• Provide monthly forecast projections including sales, bookings, expense, and investment analysis

• Manage reporting on and controlling site cost factors of labor, material utilization, overhead, and freight

• Review continuous improvement cost savings and return on investment calculations for capital expense authorization requests

• Support site monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

• Support preparation and reporting of end-of-month KPIs

• Ensure internal controls and accounting procedures are adhered to within site operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business systems management

• Proficient in Confluence software

• Solid understanding and experience with CRM platforms

• Skilled in using Crystal Reports for business reporting

• Familiar with Data Mining Techniques for business intelligence

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Thorough understanding of accounting functions

• In-depth knowledge of auditing principles and practices

• Familiar with budget processes and financial forecasting

• Experience in capital management for business growth and sustainability.
