JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and disability programs

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, program delivery, and promoting education

• Assist and develop a total rewards program.

• Assist ACA - Affordable Care Act compliance activities and determine employee eligibility.

• Retirement plan administration

• Disability (Short and Long-term) Administration

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field required and four to six years of employee benefits administration.

• Experience with inquires to Health & Welfare, Retirement and LOA questions

• SAP experience

• Benefits outsourcing experience.

• Payroll outsourcing experience

• MS Excel and Access and/or SQL skills

• Experience in one or more of the following: benefits, consulting, employee benefit transformation or employee total rewards.
