  • Advance Factory Automation and Control Systems : Implement changes to automate manufacturing processes using available technology and programming techniques, identifying needed materials and resources to optimize automation.

  • Master Machine Programming : Design and implement machine programs to improve the usage and overall operation of factory floor machines, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

  • Leverage Manufacturing Knowledge : Demonstrate a deep understanding of manufacturing processes by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet functional needs and drive continuous improvement.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
