The primary responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator include: Match clients with caregivers based on location, times, skills, and preferences Communicating with clients, families, and caregivers via inbound and outbound phone calls Building close working relationships with clients and families to meet their caregiving needs and resolve service complaints Overseeing, developing, and increasing engagement of field staff by providing recognition and feedback surrounding performance.
