Your Opportunity:National Recognition Products/Taymark, a leading supplier of graduation announcements, diplomas, covers, accessories, rings, and regalia, is seeking a full-time Sales Support Representative to join their team in White Bear Lake, MN to serve as the single point of contact for Sales Representatives, Account Managers, vendors and customers for a variety of customer related inquires. Your Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This role will be a Hybrid role based out of our White Bear Lake, MN facility Your Responsibilities: Build relationships and be a dedicated point of contact and backup for designated accounts, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and vendors Anticipate internal and external customers' needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accurately Assist Sales in understanding details of products, pricing, and processes Accurately translate and communicate customer project requirements to production Document and maintain SOP's as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation center Receive complaints from sales and customers and document details in operating system Resolve product or service concerns from internal and external stakeholders by determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or credit, and following up to ensure resolution Calculate price and shipping charges as required You Must Have: High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years of previous customer service or customer support experience Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability effectively present information one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in person or via phone Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks Excellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skills About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
