  • Position available near White Plains, NY

  • Compensation (Full-Time): $63,000-$67,000

  • Compensation (Fee for Service): $60-$69 / hour service

  • Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.

  • Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.

  • Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.

  • Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals

  • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.

  • Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.

  • Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.

  • Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

About You:

And this background:

  • Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy (new grads welcome)

  • Current New York State Occupational Therapy License

  • Bilingual is a plus
