The Town of Hartford Vermont isseeking a qualified, experienced candidate for the position. The\ right candidate will perform a variety of dutiesinvolved in the installation, operation,\ maintenance, and repair of pumping equipment, facilities, and telemetry to maintain water quality\ standards, including sampling and water treatment. We are looking for an individual who can\ commit to the safe leadership of our Water Department and who will represent the interests of\ the Town of Hartford.\ Minimum qualifications include a current Vermont Class 3 Public Water System Operator\ Certification, high school diploma or GED, and 5-7 years of relevant experience or any equivalent\ combination of education and experience. The ability to supervise related staff, a valid drivers\ license, the ability to operate and repair equipment and be a team-player who isself-motivated.
