Job Title: Hardware EngineerJob Description

Enhance current products to fit new applications through a mix of new design and integration of existing parts. Collaborate with the Engineering team to design and implement hardware systems. Initially, focus on testing by developing, writing, and editing testing plans for product testing, including creating test fixtures, scripting, environmental testing, and EMC compliance testing. Transition into traditional hardware engineering and design, covering the full design process from concept to production.

Hard Skills

• BSEE

• 0-2+ years of experience (recent grads need strong internship)

• Strong understanding of PCB design flow, full-cycle, from concept to production

• Schematic capture experience

• Ability to produce quality technical documents

• Experience with Altium, LTspice or similar

• Some level of knowledge of RF

• Meets ITAR requirements

Soft Skills

• Ability to work 9/80 schedule

This is a fully on-site position in White Salmon, Washington.

Work Environment

On-site in Hood River, mixed office & lab setting.
